Additionally, they filter out pollutants from rainwater before releasing it into natural bodies such as rivers thereby minimizing water pollution caused by industrial activities.

A green roof installation provides good insulation during winter months by trapping heat inside buildings creating thermal mass on top of them; conversely reflecting sunlight away during summers reduces energy consumption for cooling indoors hence saving money over time too!
