Most states across America have implemented RPS goals; California aiming for 100% clean energy by 2045 being one example. The European Union’s Green Deal sets an ambitious goal where renewables should account for at least half of Europe’s total electricity consumption by 2030 – making it clear that sustainability is no longer just an option but a necessity if we want our planet’s future secure.

Green Bonds

Green bonds are debt securities that are used to finance environmentally friendly projects. These bonds can be issued by governments, corporations, or organizations and help fund renewable energy projects such as solar panel installations or wind turbines.

Green bonds offer investors a way to invest in sustainable development while at the same time earning interest on their investment. This has led to rapid growth in the green bond market with issuers raising billions of dollars annually for climate-friendly initiatives.
